Majid is a self-taught carpenter. He started very young, at the age of thirteen, without any academic background. In their old family house, there was a kitchen overlooking the street. He turned it into a carpentry atelier and started to learn from the scratch. At the beginning, he could not even distinguish wood from chipboard, MDF and veneer, but his persistence in working despite difficulty increased his ability and skill day by day.

After a while he started to learn woodturning autodidactically and little by little, he expanded his field of activity and began to make musical instruments as well.
Majid has never stopped pursuing his goals. He believes that a person who loves his work , will succeed despite all the difficulties.
